Named after her daughter in 2012, Malaysian fashion label Raeesa first started out selling modern and sophisticated Batik to the market by Erny Yusmiarty Erizal. Making it her mission to preserve batik and incorporate its multifaceted design into avant-garde statement pieces today, you would be surprised to know that every piece of the label is hand-painted by the team behind Raeesa.
Breeze For You
Sports enthusiast Alyssa Ng founded Breeze For You in 2020, during the time Malaysia received its Movement Control Order. As someone who is not a fan of tampons, she experimented using menstrual cups which, according to her, was an eye-opener and uplifting experience.
