Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the hoolah Loyalty Program (as defined below) in conjunction with the services provided by hoolah Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. ("hoolah"). These Terms are in addition to any terms and conditions that you have agreed to as part of hoolah’s services. However in the event of any conflict these Terms will prevail in respect of matters relating to the hoolah Loyalty Program and Vouchers (both as defined below). Capitalised terms not defined in these Terms shall have the same meaning as ascribed in the hoolah Consumer Terms and Conditions.
  1. How the hoolah loyalty program works
    1. hoolah is making available a loyalty program whereby:

      1. new users of the hoolah System are entitled to receive a voucher for use at the new user's first Order with any of our participating merchants (“New User Voucher”);

      2. existing users of the hoolah System are entitled to receive a voucher for use at the existing user's next Order at any of our participating merchants upon referral of a new user who has successfully completed his/her first Order via the hoolah System (which cannot be an unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled, refunded or reversed Order) (“Referral Voucher”); and

      3. other vouchers (such as merchant-specific vouchers or ad hoc vouchers) may be made available to users of the hoolah System from time to time (“Other Vouchers”),

        (collectively, the "hoolah Loyalty Program"). The New User Voucher, Referral Voucher and Other Vouchers are collectively referred to as “Vouchers”.

  2. New user voucher
    1. If you are a new user:

      1. To qualify for a New User Voucher, you must not have: (i) registered for an Account with hoolah; (ii) successfully verified a payment method on the hoolah Payment System; and (iii) placed an Order using the hoolah Payment System (including any unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled, refunded or reversed Orders).

      2. Only one (1) New User Voucher will be provided to each new user and the details will be communicated to you upon successful registration of your Account via the hoolah-initiated onboarding (e.g. via the hoolah app or website).

      3. To use the New User Voucher: (i) you must enter the New User Voucher code at the checkout page for your first Order; and (ii) your Order must meet the minimum Order amount prescribed by hoolah from time to time.

  3. Referral voucher
    1. If you are an existing user:

      1. To qualify for a Referral Voucher, the new user must: (i) meet the criteria set out in paragraph 2.1(a) above; and (ii) enter your unique referral code at the checkout page when completing his/her first Order.

      2. Your unique referral code is available in the [Settings → Refer a friend] section of the hoolah app.

      3. You will receive the details of the Referral Voucher in your Account once the new user has completed his/her first Order (which cannot be an unsuccessful, rejected, cancelled, refunded or reversed Order).

      4. To use the Referral Voucher: (i) you must enter the Referral Voucher code at the point of checkout for your next Order; (ii) your Order must meet the minimum Order amount prescribed by hoolah from time to time; and (iii) the new user entering your unique referral code at the checkout page must have completed his/her first Order.

  4. Other vouchers
    1. Specific conditions for the use of the Other Vouchers, if any, will be communicated to the users of the hoolah Payment System from time to time.

  5. Additional conditions
    1. The Voucher usage limit is dependent on the individual vouchers and is only valid for the period indicated on the voucher description. The Vouchers are only denominated in Malaysian Ringgit, and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged for money or other incentives.

    2. Only one (1) Voucher may be used for each Order and a Voucher cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, rebates or rewards which hoolah may offer from time to time.

    3. If an Order for which a Voucher is applied is unsuccessful, cancelled, refunded or reversed, only the amounts actually received from you will be refunded (excluding the value of the Voucher). hoolah is not obliged to provide a new or replacement Voucher or grant any credit or other incentive to you in such circumstances.

    4. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hoolah assumes no liability for the loss, theft or ineligibility of the Vouchers.

    5. hoolah reserves the right, at its sole discretion to: (a) validate and verify the eligibility of any new user or existing user under these Terms; (b) perform checks on, and conduct investigations with internal and external third parties in respect of any potential suspicious or fraudulent activity; and/or (c) suspend, modify or terminate the hoolah Loyalty Program or the use of any or all Vouchers at any time without providing prior notice or obtaining the consent of any of the users.

    6. hoolah's decision on all matters relating to the Vouchers and the hoolah Loyalty Program is final and binding on the users.

    7. The hoolah Loyalty Program is only available to residents of Malaysia.
