#GSSwithhoolah Lucky Draw Terms and Conditions

The Promotion is carried out by hoolah (“hoolah”) and is subjected to these terms and conditions (“Terms”);
The Promotion is open to all hoolah Singapore customers. hoolah may from time to time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Promotion;
The Promotion consists of two (2) or three (3) lucky draws conducted each week – see Clause 10;
Every transaction made, during the qualifying period, with hoolah during the promotional period will automatically qualify as one (1) lucky draw chance for the week;
There is no minimum spend amount to qualify;
There is no limit to the number of hoolah transactions made during the qualifying period;
The qualifying period for the Promotion shall commence from 1st June 2021 to 28th June 2021, both dates inclusive (“Qualifying Period”);
There shall be ten (10) winners for the Promotion. The total prizes for the Promotion shall be as follows (“Prizes”):

There will be a total of ten (10) winners across all draws. The qualifying period for each week is shown as below (“Weekly Qualifying Period”). The winners for the week will win one (1) Prize each;

The chances are only accumulative within the Qualifying Period for each week and will not be brought forward to the following week;
Each winner will win one (1) prize for the Lucky Draw;
Winners will be drawn at random and will be drawn each Tuesday – 8th, 15th, 22nd, and 29th June (“Draw Dates”);
Lucky Draw result for the previous week’s winner will be live on hoolah’s IG by 1pm on Wednesdays;
hoolah will notify the winners on Wednesday via email registered with hoolah and make arrangements for the prizes collections;
Prizes will be delivered to the winners thirty (30) days after the Qualifying Period ends;
You will not be eligible for this lucky draw promotion if you process a refund;
Participation in the “GSSwithhoolah Weekly Lucky Draw” is subject to these Terms and Conditions. By participating in this, participants agree to be bound by and to comply with the Terms and Conditions, including any amendments, modifications and variations hereto;
All prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item. Each prize is subject to any accompanying terms and conditions. hoolah may at its sole discretion at any time substitute or replace any prize with any other prize of a similar value;
The use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands; and
We reserve the right, at any time and from time to time, temporarily or permanently, in whole or in part, to (i) revise, alter, postpone, temporarily halt, discontinue or terminate the promotion/offer, or adjust the promotion/offer structure, type and distribution at our sole and absolute discretion; and (ii) revise, alter or delete these terms and conditions, with or without prior notice.
