Sarah Paulson plays Nurse Ratched who arrives at a leading psychiatric institution where new and unsettling experiments have begun on the human mind. Underneath the pristine image of what a dedicated nurse should be, Mildred harbours a growing darkness within her and starts turning into a full-fledged monster when she begins freeing deranged serial killers and starts tempting patients to commit suicide.

Hubie Halloween
Directed by Steven Brill and written by Adam Sandler and Tim Herlihy, Hubie Halloween is a 2020 American comedy horror film that follows Hubie Dubois, a delicatessen employee from Salem, Massachusetts. Hubie, who is often ridiculed by the town for being eccentric, finds himself in the midst of a murder investigation on Halloween and must now save everyone from a kidnapper.
Released on October 7 by Netflix, the film is dedicated to late actor Cameron Boyce who starred alongside Sandler in the Grown Ups series and was originally set to star but passed away before production could begin.
If you’re a fan of Adam Sandler’s comedic antics, be sure to watch this on Netflix during Halloween!
Rebecca
Directed by Ben Wheatley, Rebecca is a gorgeously rendered psychological thriller adapted from Daphne du Maurier’s beloved gothic novel published in 1938. Following a whirlwind romance in Monte Carlo with wealthy widower Maxim de Winter, a young woman impetuously marries him and begins to live at Manderley, his imposing estate.
There, she finds herself battling the shadow of Maxim’s late first wife Rebecca, whose haunting legacy lives on long after her death, thanks to the estate’s sinister housekeeper Mrs Danvers. Du Maurier’s tale of sanity under siege may have been adapted several times for both stage and screen but this remake is definitely worth the watch!
